Moving a 90g tank by 6" ??

Not overly important either way, but it would be handy if my tank was moved about 6" to the left from its current position. What kind of difficulty level would this involve? It's on a wooden stand made by AGA.

Anybody done this type of thing before?

Big pain, going to have to drain the tank and than move it and refill. If you think you could simple push it over or something. Think again as your easily talking a 750+ lbs depending on what you got in your tank and the stands aren't build to be pushed at all as they are not strong horizontal

Yeah, that's what I figured. I'm thinking I need new garbage cans in the spring anyway, could use them as a temp holding container while I slide it over. Just leave enough water in there to keep the sand bet wet.

Even then, sounds like a fun couple days.
