You're going to want a at least a 200w heater for that size tank.

well i just went thru my junk box(s) and located the following
2 @ 7.5 watts each (preset non adjustable, fully submergable) 3 @ 50 watts each (preset non adustable, fully submergable) 1 @ 100 watts each (preset non adjustable fully submergable) 1 @ 200 watts each (adjustable fully submergable) now to throw them in some water to check for voltage leaks and proper operation, my current tank temp is 70 so iam not worried but is just a few degrees below where i prefer to run it so its not an emergency. and rest of the household heaters are working so the house is not getting cold just the one room is running cooler because its heater is on the blitz and warm air dosent round 90 degree corners well..lol |

i normaly dont even use heaters as my mag drive pumps usually generate enough heat that my tanks stay right where i like them but this room is on the north side and the north wind is blowing hard today, and i refuse to use space heaters as they are too much of a fire danger for me with small kids/cats/dogs

I run 2x300W on a 100g. I would say use the 100 and 200. Better to have two smaller heater's always in case on sticks ON.
