Are these hydroids a threat, if so how to get rid of them?

I have these little things all over my rock, some growing on corals. They really dont bug me too much and my corals look okay (I do have a few encrusting montis and favias that havent been doing too well). My tank is a full reef with zoas, different types of LPS, and some different types of SPS. This hydroid isnt like those huge brown ugly ones I see, and I dont think I can pour kalk all over every one of them, especially because they grow between zoa polyps and such. Im just wondering if theyre a threat like the other big hydroids and if I can add something to my 39g full reef that would eat them be it a predator (maybe peppermint shrimp) or something like a medication (like a flatworm exit). Thanks!
They look like this pic:

I have them growing between zoa polyps too and I find the polyps turn away from them. Unfortunately, I don't know what to do with them either.

I might be wrong, but don't Mandarins eat them as part of their diet?

Hydroids are a huge pain. Each species has its own set of predators it seems. Surprisingly, I had an outbreak about a year ago and used copious amounts of Aiptasia X, and it destroyed them, and all of my corals were fine, kind of surprised me that it worked.

I had that kind for a while, then gone for no reason. Same with the digitates. I haven't had the polyp-looking brown ones, but they seem to be the main pita. Try cutting back on food for a few weeks.
