Need help on led lighting

Hello: I have a 90 gallon tank and would like to convert the HD's to leds 3watt crees. I will be using 24 xre cree royal blue and 24 cree xpg 3 watts each. Both will have the ability to dim by using the meanwell drivers. The problem that i am having is how do i fuse the apex controller or aqua controller or some type of controller to be able to have dimmable time frames. Such as cloud cover, sunset/rise. I do not understand how to combine the wiring of the leds to work with the apex aqua controller. Please note, i did not buy either controller until i get feed back or suggestions on a different route to take. Maybe there is a different way or a different device that can be used instead of the controllers. The leds will be in series.
