Can PWM run pumps?
Does anyone know if a pulse-width-modulated AC will run pumps?
I am working on a battery-backup for my 90G, and I am thinking about the Tripplite APS-750 module. It outputs a PWM wave-form. http://www.tripplite.com/en/products...xtModelID=2938. I can get it from ebay for $210. If it won't work, I guess I'll have to use something like this: http://www.xantrex.com/power-product...prosine-2.aspx A nasty $740.
