stunner or reefbrite strips

I am looking to add actinic suppliment lighting to my MH. I came across reefbrite strips and stunner strips. Which one is better? In stunner strips should I go with 453nm or 403 nm?

I was also looking at the rapid led actinic kit, how many royal blue led's do you need for a 6ft X 2ft tank.
