How much waterflow in a 95 gallon tank?

Currently I have 2 1400 gph pumps...ordered another 1400 and the guy gave me a free 750gph....Would this be too much flow? Or should I just use the 750 as backup? Or should I put in the 750 in the tank and use the 1400 as backup?

Currently I have...

-Hammer
-xenia
-duncans
-hairy mushroom
-zoas and palys
-candy canes
-colt coral
-tyree toadstool

With the kind of stuff you have tons of flow isnt necessary so just keep that in mind.

I have a 6' 150g with 2-Koralia Evo 4's along w/Panworld 200 return, much of the same corals and I have to throttle back the Panworld along with properly place the corals. Could probably get along with some K3's. But better to not need than need.............

wheres the best position to put these pumps? Ive seen people mounting in on the back facing forward? I just have 1 on each side of tank pointing at each other..and since i have a wave tank..the side where it sticks out more I was going to put the extra pump on the back glass facing forward

My sea swirl is on the top and oscillates...I have two koralia on each side facing into the middle of the tank...they do create nice currents in the tank...

yea i have two koralias on the upper ends of each side of my tank facing down into the middle area. really nice strong, but gentle, flow. don't think you need as much flow as all those pumps will give ya though imo. but flow is good!
