Are you trying to access it over wireless or is your PC run direct to your router?

Go to sponsors forum under Neptune and post any question there. You should get plenty of help. Alot of good post posted that probably answer your questions.

I went into my router and found out what its internal IP address was then typed it into my browser. Normal login screen popped up and I logged in. While your in your router you might as well forward the port to the Apex so you can access it over any internet connection using your external IP with the port. If your using DHCP I would also assign it either a static DHCP internal IP so its IP address doesn't change.

Why I was asking is because if you are on wifi, I at least have to type in the IP address for the apex unit. if you are plugged in direct, you can type in the HTTP://apex
