meanwell 700-20 noise normal?

I have a Meanwell 700-20 wired up to 3 leds, and there is a loud buzzing noise while it is running. Everythings lights up to full power, and runs great, but the sound is annoying. Its been up and running for over a month, but is this normal or could there be something wrong.
