skimmer

Im looking to build my 20 gallon long sump, I wanna have a refugium in here so I wnat a pretty small footprint of a skimmer. I have been looking at the swc extreme 120, or the Super Reef octopus 1000 ors xp1000sss, THis is for a 40 gallon breeder tank 20L sump, which would you prefer? I wanna make my purchase tonight. Thanks!

i just got the swc 160 cone for my 75 gallon and love it....i would get the swc,but thats my opinion (im a little biased lol)...check out the "swc cone club" thread and read some reviews, very impressive..this one guy has the 120 on the same setup as you and he loves it...i just cant believe the quality of skimmate this guy gets...they are so quiet its almost silent, that was a huge factor for me when choosing...i was looking at the extact same skimmers and this was my conclusion....you can get it for 200 shipped from big als using "reeftank" coupon

my baffles are only 8 inches tall, I might have to rethink and go with the octopus

??? Wouldn't that put you right in the middle of the 120's range?
