Atb 840 v2

Hello,

I am about to order this skimmer but wanted to confirm some dimensions with owners. I asked people at the various vendors but none of them have one in stock and are unable to provide me with the measurements I need.

The dimensions listed on all the sites are 10.5L x14W x20H. The thing is the skimmer section of my sump measures 10"x14" the height shouldnt be an issue. What I am wondering is if would be able to squeeze it in there by angling the skimmer a bit, im missing 1/2" on the length.

I am also very interested in the dimensions of the actual collection cup, my clearances are super tight.

I really appreciate your help, I don't want to drop big bucks on this thing and then have to return it over half an inch.

Thanks,

I had an original 840 econo and the foot print was 8 x 13.5 with a 7.9" base dia. Not sure what the V2 is. I would send a e-mail to ATB to be sure.
