If you were to stock a 7 x 2 fowlr tank with

asfur angel(have)

sailfin tang(have)

purple tang(have)

foxface lo (have)

drawf angels X3( not yet/undetermined which ones)

niger trigger(not yet)

dogface puffer (not yet)

some various damsels for dither fish (not yet/undetermined types)

concidering adding a undetermined large angel and or an undetermined trigger

would you consider this tank over stocked, under stocked, just right stocked..in refrence to SPACE not bio load

Domino Damsel would be my choice if your getting damsels.

Sounds a little on the heavy side to me.
Some of the fish you mention get quite large.
Three dwarf angels may fight amongst themselves - you might get lucky, it is not a sure thing.
Let your nitrates be your guide.
