Question Transporting/shipping corals and fish

I need to transport some corals/fish on a trip that will take about 18 hours,(give or take). Can anyone give me any hints/ideas that would make the trip easier and less stressful for the corals and fish. Right now i have a small cooler that i transport them in and I bring extra water along with me to change out about half way through the trip. I would appreciate any advice.
