help! cyano in barebottom frag tank

I recently set up a 40b frag tank. I put some established rock in from my 180, but what ever I do I cannot get rid of the cyano. I have a pair of clowns that I feed sparingly. Other than that its just frags in the tank. I also do 10 gallon water changes every week. And I keep the bottom of the tank vaccumed out.

Recently set up?
How long ago?
Cyano is pretty common in new tanks no matter if it has well cycled LR or not.
It should go away after a week or two.

How much flow do you have? Any dead spots where the cyano is?

I cannot get rid of the stuff either. Must be nutrients and nitrate. Increasing flow with 2 maxijet 1200's did not get rid of mine. Dustin, is your sea anemone named Wilson, ha, ha?
