LED Wholesalers Fixture for my Nano???
I have a fluval Flora 8.8 gallon nano that I am converting from fresh/planted tank to a saltwater nano. The tank is 12x12x11 and I am looking for a decent fixture to use that will produce a lot of light. I am going to have a tiny pair of clowns, carpet anemone some zoanthids and maybe a few sps frags.
Has anyone tried one of these fixtures: http://www.ledwholesalers.com/store/...&productId=650 Seems like a reasonable price plus it would cover my entire tank....I do not know too much about LED's. I've been a MH person for years on all my large tanks. I found some really cool fixtures on nanotuners but I really didn't want to spent that kind of money on this if I didn't have to.. |

One PAR30 or PAR38 bulb would work for what you want. I have a RapidLED PAR38 over my 12x12x12 cube. It lights the tank up nicely.
I will start adding some coral here in the next couple days.

I looked into the PAR38 bulbs I really want to avoid the spotlight look and also, the tank sits under my kitchen cabinets on my countertop and I don't think I have enough room for a bulb/fixture that big.
This LED Wholesalers unit would mount right under the cabinet... |

I don't know enough about this fixture to add my to cents but I do like the price for this I also have a Fluval Edge 6.5 but mine's RR I just finished up the custom Acrylic sump/refugium and the holes on the tank I have to make my own hood cause I cracked the original by seating it but that over all size of this fixture seems prefect. I wondering if there dimmible and if they come in black?

I really like the fluval edge tanks. I bought the Flora (complete FW plant kit) but I am bored of it so I am converting it to a saltwater nano. It comes with a 13w PC fixture but that won't due....
I liked this LED fixture because of it's price and size but I was hoping someone would have direct experience with it. |
