Two MP40's are going to be a lot of flow on what I'm assuming is no bigger than a 4' tank. Depending on the animals or corals that you plan to keep that may work just fine. Give us an idea of what you plan on putting in the tank. Also what are the dimensions?

The dimensions should be 48x18x24ish I have a MP40 on my 75 and it works great, I'm adding a MP10 to supplement the other side

Corals? SPS, LPS...what do you have? If you've got a lot of softies I don't think you need another powerhead. That MP40 will move just north of 3000gph when it's running wide open, which will give you better than 30X turnover on your 90G tank. Set that thing on reef crest to get some random flow going and see how your animals respond. If you notice dead spots in the tank that are collecting detritus then I'd look at adding an MP10 but two MP40's are way more than you need.

I have a 90 as well albeit the dimensions are a little different than yours but it's still a 4ft tank. I run a mp40 and two tunze 6045. If you're not going to keep alot of SPS i think you'd be ok with 1 mp40 and 1 mp10. However if you plan on having a sps dominant reef, two mp40 would be great. Then use the mp10 on the back for additional flow.
