Biocube 29 cooling issues

I have recently turned off the heat in my apartment and am struggling to keep my tank and sump below 82 degrees. I don't let my apartment get above 76.

I have an 18 watt compact florescent lighting my fuge in my sump which I believe is the problem. I have never had this problem before I added the sump to my set-up.

Any ideas as to what else could be causing the extra heat build up? Has anyone mod-ed the stand to include a fan or another cooling set-up?

This is my sump when I first set it up a month and a half ago or so.

run the light in the fuge at night to balance it out.

I'm still running the light 24 hrs per day since I just added the fuge, I plan on cutting back to nights only in a few weeks but the temp is stable at 82 all day and night with very little fluctuation from night to day. The heater is unplugged, not sure what else to do but leave the doors open on the stand to try and keep it a bit cooler?

You could run a fan in your stand, but you will have to keep up will your ATO (if you have one) because a fan increases the amount of evaporation.
