types of carbon
On bulkreefsupply, they list 3 types Is it worth it to get the most expensive carbon (ROX 0.8)?

I wasn't sure of this either. I watched the fancy video they had showing their little experiment. The rox carbon seemed to really clean faster and had a larger capacity, but I still like to change my carbon out more often than not. I went with the lignite, which is the 2nd highest rated. Works for me!
