Mag 9.5 quiet ???

How quiet is a 9.5 mag pump? This is one pump I have never tried out, and due to size constraints in a small sump, this is one of the few 900+ gph pumps that will fit. I would like to run an eheim 1262, but it is such a tight fit, it will be touching the divider panels in my sump, and I think it will vibrate.
Just wondering if anyone can tell me if the mag 9.5 has a loud audible hum?
I am hoping for 500-600 gph at a head of 4 feet with a 9.5, think it will do it?

I have a 3000 after having a 1260 for over 18 years. The 1260 just did not push enough, and was too big. This 3000 is the BEST pump I ever owned. Absolutely quiet.

The Mag 9.5 is a great pump, but not as quiet as the Eheim.

I can't hear my mag 9.5 running and it is over 5 years old. the main thing is not to hard plumb them all the way. run a short length of vinal tubeing then you can switch to hard plumbing. or you can do the vinal all the way and still be fine.

never used an eheim pump so can't say they are quieter but if I can't hear my pump running I don't see how it can get any quieter.
