Need help picking out LEDs

Im looking into starting a 57g (36"x18"x21"). I know i want to use LEDs for the lighting but i dont know of any high quality LED fixture makers. I know I want around 50 3watt leds with a mixture of royal blue and cool whites. I also want to put these are a Dimmer switch so i can play with the colors to get the corals to pop. Are there any company's that might make a fixture like this? I could go DIY and save some money, but i dont know where to find a skeleton for the fixture that would look nice hanging above the tank.

I would try the XPG and XPE,I know its not in the options but you could work out a deal with Mike,he is a good guy,he will give you a fair price and XPGs are cool whites and XPEs are RB,looks 14-20,000k. Hope this helps,good luck.
