My head is nearly as cloudy as my water

OK I am beginning to lose my mind (again, i used to have a quiet life before reefkeeping). I have had my tank running now for 2 years. 120 gallon with 30 gallon sump. The problem I am having is bacteria bloom, I think. The water goes cloudy for a few days and then clears up for a few days and then the whole cycle starts again, it is driving me crazy. My parameters are salt 1.025Calcium 430, Ph 8.2, Alk 9.6, Mg 1500. I run GFO and carbon and have done since setting up the tank. My skimmer works fine collecting a cup every 3 days. I feed once a day and mix betwwen fozen mysis with Rods food and pellet. My fish load is 2 tangs, 2 clowns, 1 wrasse, 3 anthias, 3 shrimp, and astreas and hermits as CUC so I dont think it is overloaded. I have the usual problems with GHA and Cyano but nothing to lose sleep about. The fish and corals look great, so that is why I am baffled.
I still conbsider myself a newbie, so need all the help I can get. Does anyone else suffer this problem?
