Question..
one of my friends has a foxface lo in his tank, he has had for about 2 days and eats like a pig, he is around 1-2 inches and has a problem. He will be fine all day, and swim around as usual during the day when the lights are on, but as soon as the lights come back on the foxface goes into it's defensive stage where is spots and his fins come up. He also goes into the corner and hides behind the heater.
currently in the tank he has a goby a tang and the fox... His parameters are normal and heat is at around 77.5 or so. Whats up with this guy at night? is it usual |

Completely normal. Coloration of many fish change at night. Nothing to be concernEd about.

The foxface is a particularly timid fish at first; don't be surprised if it takes months to settle down.
