How to lower temp without affecting fish

I accidently turned the knob on my heater a little too much so now the temp is too high. How much can you lower temp without hurting the fish? This is a fowlr tank so no corals.

nice big ziplock bag of icecubes. make sure it doesnt leak into tank if its tapwater icecubes
