Regal Blue White SPOT HELP

Hello All,
I have a Regal Blue and I notice a white spot on his belly, it is not ick for sure. Does anyone knows what wrong? It's eating and swimming healthy from what I see.

Not enough info for even the wildest guess. Size, texture, how long its been there, seem "raised" of flat with skin, changing at all, etc.?

pic will help. and bit more info. how do u know for sure its not ich. could it be just particles from sand. tangs like to sleep wedged in between rocks and sand and action of wedging sometimes pokes them with sharp edges and sand particles that get attached in their skins. but u got to provide a pic or more info to be sure.
