New tank setup chiller question

Got a question on chiller setup. I have a cl-280 (500 min to 800 max gph) and I wanna run it on my 75 gallon setup I am putting together. The sump is a proflex model 3. My question is what is the best setup to go from here? I wanna run a Reef octopus overflow (think only flow rate is 1200 gph) but my chiller max is 800 gph. So my question is should run a second smaller pump just for the chiller or should I size a pump that will still keep me at a return of 1200 gph? I am confused because to get the 1200 return I will need a mag 24 to pull that off.

FYI my chiller adds 6 feet of head pressure.

Thanks
