how to disconnect or replace spectrapure ro/di fittings?

I just replaced all my filters and membrane, but have found that in the process I kinked the black tubing from the filters to the membrane and now it is leaking. This may be a stupid question but other than unscrewing them I cant figure out how to disconnect and replace the tubing. If I unscrew them then I will just end up twisting/kinking the tubing again when replacing it.

Nevermind, I went to Home Depot and someone there was able to help me, lol who would have thought it was as easy as pushing in the collar to remove the tubing. I figure there was an easy way to do something that I was making difficult!
