Whick powerhead for my tank

I have 125G reef tank 6ft long and need to know what powerheads I need to purchase for the tank. I was looking into the Koralia powerheads but which one? Unless there is another powerhead around the price range as the koralias that work really well. If I go with a Koralia which model?

you can go magnum 5 or 6. i would probably go with two of the magnum 5. also buy them off ebay. you can get the new pretty cheap.

+1 for the koralias. They're good pumps for the price

I'm using two Koralia Evolution 1400s on my 125 gallon tank and I'm pretty happy with them.

I have two Koralia Evolution 1050's for my 75gallon... I'm looking for replacements because they are only 2 months old, look very clean... but are giving me grief. Almost every time I turn them off, I have to work to get them going again. They advertise them as working with a wavemaker and are supposed to be coming out with a wavemaker soon... but I wouldn't trust them on one!

A lot of people use them with luck, and as long as you don't turn them off, they stay running and create a lot of flow! But the fact that I keep having them fail to start up on their own after only 2 months makes me to where I can't recommend them for your main tank. Maybe for a quarantine or for secondary circulation in your display... but not for my main circulation.
