My Experience With TBS

Hello to everyone! I just wanted to leave a quick comment on my dealings with Tampa Bay Saltwater (AKA Richard). First of all the customer service is unparalleled! Seriously! This may sound a little excessive but between my two orders in the last 4 weeks Richard and I have exchanged 44 emails! WOW, I know! He has literally answered every question I have asked. Tell me another company that would provide such service in this industry and I will bow to you! My first order was 10lbs of liverock (LR) and a mantis wennerae for a 10 gallon. When I got this order I was blown away! Not only was the rock beautiful but I also got Hermit Crabs, Porcelain Crabs, Urchins, Mithrax Crabs, Cerith and Nassarius Snails, Corals, and many more! Needless to say I put the Mithrax, Urchins and Porcelain crabs in my 75 gallon reef so that the mantis wouldnt eat them. Richard was also kind enough to send me a free bag of his amazing live sand that had soo many amphipods, copepods, and again snails and hermit crabs! What a deal! I loved the first shipment so much that I decided to start a new tank with exclusively TBS rock. I had an 20 gallon Extra Tall laying around so why not! I filled the bottom of the tank with an inch of dry aragonite and then waited to pick the rest up at the airport! I ordered 25lbs of LR and 5lbs of live sand! This shipment was also unbelievable! These rocks have TONS of sponges and Tunicates! I have bright green, orange, red, gray, and white tunicates! I also found several Porcelain crabs and Decorator Crabs along with the hermits and snails! AWESOME! In other words I could not be happier with TBS! THANK YOU RICHARD! I strongly suggest that anyone who needs LR to get it from RICHARD, his rocks are TRULY ALIVE!

Ill try and post some pics soon, my girlfriend has the camera
