I have a couple of these on my rocks and not sure what it is. It's been growing bigger and more in quantity. Should I get rid of these?

Please help.

looks like aiptasia anemone, they are nuisance anemone. can spread quickly, you can inject them with lemon juice or try peppermint shrimp they eat aiptasia.

Those are Aiptasia.. and very big ones at that!!!

yes.. you need to get rid of them. I find that using a syringe and lemon juice works very well. Just make sure to inject them in the mouth!!
You can also use Aiptasia X, Joes Juice, Kalk Paste, etc... but I didn't have much sucess with those, but others have
PLEASE BE VERY CAREFUL when killing them!! They can shoot out white, stringy tentacles as a defense! These tentacles can sting you !! and it hurts!!!!!! I should know.. happened to me and it also sent me to the hospital with a very very bad allergic reaction!!
You can also get some peppermint shrimp to help.. but they are hit & miss!!
Good Luck.. if you need further help, just ask! or search the forum! lots of help here!!

thats the first for me!! no, joes juice is an aiptasia killer you can get at LFS or online.. its basically the same thing as lemon juice! and thats why we suggest it over the stuff they sell at LFS.. HUGE difference in $$$$

and you should be able to get a syringe at Pharmacy.. or you can buy even a medicine syringe if your not comfortable using hypo needle

Edit:
Don't get discouraged if they don't die with only one injection!! especially being as big as they are. it does sometimes take more than one injection to really kill them off!!
