high head ato pump
I need an ato pump that can pump from my mixing container in my garage up about 10' to the attic and about 30-40' away down to my sump, and be controllable with my apex. Will he tunze osmolator pump work. The pump needs to hook to push lock fittings like john guest style. Also what are the best float switches to use. I evaporated around 1/2 gal a day sometimes more or less depending on Skimmer

Most peristaltic pumps can push a surprising amount of head. Just due to the way they work.

Any of the float switches from autotopoff will work, same with aquahub.
I use a LMIII remote pump, you can pick them up used here for $100-$110. I connect mine to a separate ATO system from my Apex, but it could just as easily be plugged into the EB8. You can buy the female end of the LMIII power adapter and splice/heatshrink it to any 12v adapter that will give enough amps. I believe it is 6 or 700 mA they need, either that or 1 full amp.

I am not sure if it meets all of your requirements, but I just ordered this pump - http://www.aquacave.com/pondmaster-p...reen-3103.html - to move water from one floor to another and across a couple of rooms.

Yeah don't need that much flow. Heck I may just put my top off res in the attic and have my rodi fill it or my water change res, that way any old little pump can work. Just have to worry about siphon issues when the pump is not running. I figure if the res is only like 5 gal then it ant overflow the sump, dunno yet though. Any other low cost pumps that will workout there. The dosing pumps are nice because they wont siphon.
