Best way to rid aiptasia?

Hey, so go figure I've got about 10 aiptasia growing nice and healthily stinging the crap out of everything I'd like to keep alive. There is one literally growing out from under my zoa colony killing the whole thing because it's stinging all of them from underneath. I'm wary about using a Joe's Juice or anything along those lines since all of them are so close to polyps and such that I cannot move. I heard that injecting them with lemon juice from a syringe might work. Would it be a wise thing to try? It's in a 12 gallon nano so I don't want to use anything to concentrated that would pollute my water.

I have used lemon juice with mixed results. It all depends on how well you hit the mark when you go to inject them. Sometimes it takes a couple different tries to get each one.

Joe's juice(I assume about the same as kalk paste) worked for me if I tried to hit a few.

If you ignore them they multiply like crazy.
