Question Real Quick Lighting Question

What is the difference between blue actinic (453 nm) and white (12,000K) LED?

I am thinking about adding the Ecoxotic panorama LED module to supplement my BC 29 stock lighting. I like the all blue look better but if there is a benefit of using the white (coral growth, PAR output?) then that is what I would use.

Thanks

Paul

The white will be better for growth and such....while the actinic is used more for supplementation in a particular wavelength, ie. 453 nm.
