New tank start-up. What am I missing?

Besides sand and maybe a heater what am I missing here?

Pumps or extra powerheads for mixing your salt in the buckets. Also extra hoses for cleaning and doing water changes. Also a good glass cleaner so you can look into your tank is always a plus.

You might want to look at building some mesh tops, and get rid of the glass panel lids. The parts are all found at BRS. Oh god! I keep sounding like a BRS chearleader...

The glass panels will work for 6 months though, nothing needed right away.

A good book, The Reef Aquarium, Volume 3, Science, Art, and Technology. Pretty good to have around as a beginner.

I could think of a ton of stuff....
