Post Setting up and an overflow and sump/refugium

Hey everyone. I am new to Reefing. I have a 75 gallon tank no pre-drill and it is already established. I am looking to add an overflow system to it and a sump/refugium. I am looking for some advice. Basically some how to's and what not to get started. I am not sure on the sizes to use for everything. I want to make sure to go a little bigger than I need but obviously not too big. Thinking I will probably build the sump but I am not sure if I should do a full build or just get a used tank and add to it. Well I hope to hear from you all. Thanks again.

My tank is pretty close to yours so this is what I have.

My drain has a T to feed my fuge.

Thanks for the reply. How did you set all of that up? Can I see a picture of the overflow in the tank?
