sorry for the photo, but I found this in my tank. Some sort of anemone.
Should I kill it? If so, how? Lemon juice? Tweezers?

Looks like a majano...pest anemone. Nuke it before it starts multiplying.

That would be the dreaded Majano anemone. Generally they are as bad as Aiptasia. Some like to keep them but others will remove as soon as possible. If you are planing on doing a reef tank I would get rid of "it" before it turns into getting rid of "them".

Yup, thats what I can see out of it.
From what I found, looks good for the reef tank
