Unhappy urgent: white pebble-like spots on rocks and glass

PICS
my once beautiful 55g reef fell to disarray over the summer, and was neglected for the 3 months I was not home. I arrived to find not just algae and scum on the tank but also these small, very hard to scrape off, white spots proliferating all over the glass. I broke down the tank, cleaned it thoroughly, and am restarting it at the moment. There were also many tiny creatures in the tank that look like TINY shrimp, perhaps some type of pods? I am curious if these may be related to the spots.

Tried my best to get a picture of the pods as they swam through the water but they are too small. Tank and water is now pristine, waiting for substrate to settle, and realize the LR has the same white spots seeded all over it. Attached are pics. If anyone can offer an ID on what these spots may be, I am concerned about putting the LR back in the tank, but would rather not let it all die and cure if I can avoid it.

Are they safe? are the pods safe? letting rocks sit in a tub at the moment while sand settles. Concerned about contaminating new tank with dangerous something.

spirorbid worms or nerite eggs would be my guess, clearer pics would help. both are harmless

Can't tell from the blurry pics, but either of those would be my guess. I'd lean more toward the spirobid feather dusters since the tank was neglected. Pods are a good thing.

Maybe it would have been better if you had asked before breaking it down and starting over, as neither of these things are harmful!

thank you all for the guidance. I had to break down the tank because it was disgusting and beyond simple cleaning. Plus bought a proper ro di and nice new live sand.

I did fail to mention I had a good amount of turbos and a few other snails in there, so the nerite eggs seems like a great guess. I will try to get better pics but in the meantime will keep the LR live. thanks so much so far.

if they look like sesame seeds, they are nerite eggs
