Are Wavepoint T5HO bulbs any good?

Anyone know the quality of these from spectrum and bulb life standpoint?
Vs ATI, UV, Gleissman?

Never seen an actual side by side or study but I know plenty of people who tried Wavepoint and didn't love them. They start out great but lose color and PAR pretty quick.

ATI's aren't a ton more and are proven to work.

Any idea where to get the ATI for a good price?
