Question MH setup for 46G bow?

I would like to upgrade to either all LED or MH and am not quite sure what i would need for a MH setup on my 46 bow. I have a lot of high end sps and LPS all over the tank. I will have at least one reefbrite actinic strip with the MH.
Would I need two on either side and what wattage? DO not recommend any brand as I have a brand I want to buy. I appreciate your input but I am just not sure what wattage I would need and whether I would need one or two.

Thanks in advance.

I have been using over my 46 bow my Sunpod with 2 150 watt Phoenix 14 K bulbs. They discontinued this fixture since. You could do the Tek with the legs to sit on the sides of the tank.

IMO A single 250 MH will be better that 2 150s.

i had used a mh/PC fixture over my old 46bow with a single 250, if i had the choice i would go with 2 150's, i think you would get better/even coverage on the sides. if using a fixture with legs, make sure it is not too wide to fit, the curve of the bow can be a problem if the fixture is too wide.

If I do go MH it will be this Reefbrite MH fixture with their new XHO Supplement strips.

I have one 36 inch actinic LED strip now and absolutely love it.
