Difference in COOL/WARM Led

Looking at a LED fixture that has bridgelux 14000K white LED. Is the cool/warm? I have read in some post that the cool white is not ideal and the warm white is better. Is that true?

Basically I want the best for all spectrums of coral color. For this if I was using Led what type of white led would I want?

The warms get more of the high spectrum light.. yellows into reds..cold gets the cooler colors.

That is my understanding at least, its like how MH lights work, the 20k temp lights give the deep blue colors, 14k medium and 10k are more yellow natural light looking.

If I am understanding it correctly the AI Sol unit says it using 6500K white led. So is that a warm white led?

I have read a couple times that people don't like how blue the AI is and doesn't show certain coral colors.
