Newb Lighting Help
Hi All,
I'm a newbie setting up a 55 gallon reef for the first time. I was gifted some older PC lighting (no idea of the age): Sunpaq Retrofit Drivers 55/65 watt Current-USA - 2 dual actinic 420/460 (model # 2036) Current-USA - 2 dual daylight Here's the rub....as I was moving them from the garage I dropped one of the dual actinics and it shattered - so I have a few questions. Can I just replace the one light, or is best to replace both actinics at the same time? Is there a better light that can be used with the drivers I have? I'm on a budget, so can't afford to replace drivers at this time. What is the best place to buy? I've found a replacement online and they all seem to run around the $25 range. Any advice is appreciated. TIA. |

If you have no idea of the age, just replace them all.
I use Hamilton for my fluorescents. You'll find them on the Sponsors link at the top of the page.
