Not recently but I used to all the time back on 2002-04. I don't recall ever emailing them. It's a small family business in Hawaii, so small staff and time difference.

Yes, I've placed a couple orders from them over the years and have always had great service. My first order was the reef tune up kit which I believe was around 99 bucks give or take a few. Everything arrived ahead of time and alive. Excellent packing overall and I have to say I even received a few extra's.

6 mini stars and some of the tang heaven stuff. Since I thought it was accidently shipped I called them and they said no. The person who I placed the original order from said he threw it in since I was asking about the mini stars and all excited - lol. Oh, and those strombus grazers they include - damn prolific little guys. You don't think you get many but before you know it they are laying eggs all over the place and BAM. 6 turn into 12 which then turn into a lot

Surprised you are having issues. I like their whole set up with captive breading and all. So no complaints here.

I've heard they're having issues in Hawaii, think there's a post on here about it. Haven't read it yet though

I originally had strombus grazers from them also. I found 5 at a local LFS here earlier this year and my tank is so full of them I'm giving them away LOL.

I've placed several orders over the years from Gerald and value the critter kits he sells. Never had a bad experience yet.

hey thanks for the replies, oddly enough they returned my email today

I knew my persistence would pay off I had tried to contact them a few months back but no response. So I sent them another email a few days ago. I really wanted to order from them because I like how they aquaculture pods and CUC and algae on their Hawaii Farm. as said they have great customer service and I was pleasantly surprised they now take paypal as well.

overall I am very excited to be able to order from them and yes great customer service indeed
