Green Goby with facial hair?
Hi Everyone,
I recently set up a 5 gallon nano tank, into which I have placed a green goby. I asked my local LFS, which is very trusted, to put a green goby on hold for me. I went to pick him up and he looked a bit pale, presumably because he was being chased around by a net. I got him home and he's doing ok. However, he doesn't have purple stripes like other green gobies and I just noticed today he has hair. I've never seen a fish with hair. Can anyone identify this? Is this a normal green clown goby or something entirely different? Thanks! |

I'm slightly concerned, actually. Does this seem like something to be worried about?

He's not old. It turns out he's an Emerald Coral Goby.
