How many electrical cords do you have?

Seems a little slow tonight so I thought I would try to liven it up some. I know I don't have anything near the numbers of some of you guys but I'm running out of outlets for the ones I do have . I have a 75g DT and I'm using 10 electrical cords for it with plans to add two more.

1 light
4 power heads
1 sump return pump
1 skimmer
1 phosban reactor pump
1 uv light
1 uv pump

Mine is 3 months old. Nothing real exciting going on in there as of yet. I forgot about my heater so that gives me 11.

What a hillarious question!

I've got 24 power cords for my 29g DT. But 4 of those are cords off of power strips, so I guess those don't count. So in the spirit of the OP, my count is 20.

By my simple math that's 0.69 per DT gallon. I assume that's pretty much pushing the automation/gallon limit.

Sorry, last night I posted from a mobile device, so typing a list was a little tough. Plus I miscounted. So here is corrected, full list for my little nano:

1 LED Royal Blue bank power source
1 LED mixed color bank power source
1 ATO LED bank
1 sump light
1 return pump
1 skimmer pump
1 drain pump
1 saltwater mixing pump
1 circulation pump
1 ATO controller/pump
2 sump heaters
1 saltwater reservoir heater
1 sump cooling fan
1 LED cooling fan
3 dosing pumps
1 controller
2 circulation pump backup batteries
1 wifi antennae

I'm not going to count cords on powerstrips, so...

22 total power cords. On a 29g DT that's 1.3 gallons per cord.

safest thing i can tell u if as long as not all of them are pulling load off 1 single line and you are not exceeding the limit of the breaker and line u should be fine. most commonly a breaker might be between 15A to 30A. list u gave could easily be on one breaker/line.
i have a little gadget i got at homedepot that tell me how much load in watts and and amps i am pulling. i run all my equipment i mentioned in my signature on 3 breakers of 30A a piece and 3 lines with multiple power cords. but i am only pulling a total of 3200W less than 30A. so 10A per line.

I run all mine off of one, GFCI adapter out of one outlet!, the bottom side of it is wall switched for lights and such. I tried to eliminate the wall switch part, but I'm no electrician and wasn't successful.

These are run off of power strips, 3 of them, each plugged into the other, the third to the wall GFCI. I have my return and PS on one so the I can easy turn off and on the return pump without having to pull a plug for feeding frozen food, Water changes, etc.

1 Return pump
1 PS pump
4 power heads
1 heater
1 cannister filter, empty 'cept for carbon, to run my UV filter
1 UV filter
2 Actinic 96W PC's
2 10K dayklight 96W PC's
1 aqualifter (redundancy for my overflow, kinds stopped working anyways)
1 light for my under my stand (only on when I'm in there)
1 light for my Chaeto basket

At least 16, some I don't count as cords, like the timers (3).
