Switching to LED; worried about shadowing

Hi everyone

I'm almost ready to make the switch to LED. currently, I have 144W of T5 over my 71G cube.
As you can see on the picture, I have two pillars. Because of this aquascape I'm a bit worried about shadowing of the LEDs. I was planning to get the Ecotech Radion, but with only two main areas of LEDs, I dont know if it will be able to lid up the ares behind the pillars.

Anyone has experience with LEDs a this kind of aquascape? Ecotech told me, the size of the tank should be fine for one Radion Module.

Do you have corals behind the pillars? What's there to light? Since Radion has no optics its got a wide beam of 130 degrees, the light will just bounce off the rear tank wall to reach there. IMHO this is no different than a regular MH reflector.

Awesome! That's the kind of picture was looking for. On the Lower levels of the pillar I have only softies and other corals that don't need too much light to that should be ok.

Thanks
