Is this a Goniopora?
If it is, what kind is it? I don't know much about them but I've had mine for a few weeks. I come to find out that some are harder to care for than other. Anyone have an ID on this one? Thanks.

I never had one but I think it is . From what I hear they are hard to keep alive for an extended ammount of time.

I dont know wht kind it is. I know there are 2 and eack have different amount of tenticles on each stalk. I have the one that is more harder to take care of. I figured if i can grow SPS that this would. I have had it over a year and doing really good. Alot of people that have them dont last that long

yeah sucks to hear they are hard to keep. I have a lfs that usually has good prices on things but they get stuff randomly. So I pick up stuff that looks good and hope for the best. Having said that, I've had pretty good luck with most things (except fish).
Hey C Dog, does yours look like mine above? Just trying to figure out if it's the harder one to care for. Thanks. |

Its definatley a gonipora, nice color and size. Its not that they're hard to keep. Its just that they can be finicky if your water parameters arent almost perfect. My green goni like high light and medium waterflow under my 70w halide.
