Stand Alone or Controller Based Dosing?
I just bought a controller and I'm excited to begin to discover all the possibilities.
However, I am not sure how I want to dose my system. One of the pluses about having a controller is that you can perform numerous tasks with one unit, but I understand that the stand alone dosers are very convenient and easy to program and control. I would not be saving all that much money buying individual dosers. I would need another eb8 to run more than 2 dosers becuase of the relays on the eb8. So thats another $149, plus $80 a pump. Where as a a stand alone such as the Bubble Magus or the GHL Profulix has 3 pumps built in with a controller designed specifically for dosing. |
