Is this red algae?

I started to get these red batches with small silver dots on it. All my water parameters are normal.

Salt 1025
Temp 77
Ammonia 0
Nitrate 0
Nitrate 0
Calcium 460
KH 9

Is this what red algae looks like? How bad is it? How do I get rid of it?

Kinda looks like it to me...check your phosphates. That is what usually causes it. There are a couple of threads in here that explain how to get rid of it in detail. Just read up on those.

I would call this red slime algea. You see it with tap water , high phosphates and low flow tanks.

Looks like cyanobacteria. Sk8r started a great thread about it here:

As the topic of that thread says, everybody gets it.

Got rid about 80% in less than 1 day. This is what I need.
1) changed the light bulbs
2) changed the Chemi-Pure
3) changed the Purigen
