Any opinion on Eheim compact 3000?
I am planning to use it for 40G with sump. The variable GPH is very tempting, since I will not require to run bypass on return line (to return excessive water back to the sump) in case I will go with Eheim 1260
i have 1" drain and 3/4 return Thanks guys. |

look at the Sicce Syncra pumps, tunze pumps. They have a variable flow adjuster as well.
I ran the syncra 1.5, 2.0 and 4.0. great pumps and effecient and good price. I do have a small eheim with the flow control and works good. But it is only like a 200gph pump.
