Bubbles in the heater

Is this a problem?

Looks like water is getting in to me... How old is the heater? Do you have voltage induced into the water when its running? DON'T CHECK IT WITH YOUR FINGERS OR HAND!

The heater is only perhaps 8-9 months old. I have no idea if there is a voltage problem. I stick my hands in the tank all the time, but I wear nitrile gloves. The animals seem ok.

I sent an inquiry to Eheim on their website. We'll see what happens. They supposedly have a 3-year guarantee.

Meanwhile, I got another of the same model at Drs. F&S not long ago, due to a great sale. Glad I did now. I think I'll swap them out, just to be on the safe side.
