Hard to tell for sure. If it looks like a snail with just a small piece of shell on it's back then it's a stomatella as ostridge suggested. Those are great to have. It could also be some type of chiton. Try this site for some pictures to compare it to:

The only bad buggy-looking guy that you can really tell by looking is a cirolanid isopod. Those look like little white pill-bugs with big black evil looking eyes. Look up a picture, they're impossible to miss. If it's not one of those, and it doesn't look at all like one to me, then it's most likely a good guy.

Sorry to Hijack this thread, but what damage will a cirolanid isopod do? I'm pretty sure that's exactly what I removed from my Refugium the other week. It reminded me of a "rolly-polli" that you'd see when you were a kid playing outside, but with evil black eyes.

Would that be why I couldn't seem to grow any Copepods in my refugium? Would it eat them?

Definitely not a stomatella. It looks like a female Sphaeromatid isopod according to the drawing here, the pics on Chuck's Addiction I linked to above, and also here. Same body shape, same tail shape, no giant eyes like the Cirolanid. I doubt you'll find a pic that looks exactly like yours, most creatures are not identical and show a lot of variety within species.
